Join the Orizonia Cinematic Trailer
Hello there!
I’m Michel André Gauthier – fantasy author, storyteller, and creator of Orizonia – Ascension. Together with a fantastic team of fantasy and film enthusiasts, I’m currently working on something truly special: a high-quality cinematic trailer for the book. We’re now looking for one or two passionate cosplayers to help bring one of Orizonia’s most iconic species to life on screen. If you love costume creation, cinematic fantasy worlds, and creative collaboration, read on – this might be your next great adventure.
The Project: A Cinematic Trailer
We’re currently producing a 1.5-minute cinematic trailer in English to bring Orizonia’s world to life. Our aim is to create something that feels like a teaser for a high-budget fantasy movie or series.
This is a collaborative, passion-driven project. We’re a team of around 20 creative professionals and enthusiasts, including:

Professional camera and sound crew

A dedicated film score composer

Makeup artists and stylists

VFX and 3D artists

Actors, creatives, and fantasy lovers from across Switzerland
The trailer will feature dramatic visuals, a custom orchestral soundtrack, stunning practical and digital effects, and high-quality editing. It’s entirely self-organized – we’re all doing this for the love of storytelling and fantasy. Once complete, the trailer will be used for promotion, online release, and future project showcases.
Join us as an Etherean
We’re looking for 1–2 cosplayers to join the cast and design a costume for an Etheran – a birdlike humanoid species native to Orizonia. Etherans are graceful, winged beings – tall, striking, and mysterious. They resemble Aarakocra from Dungeons & Dragons, but with their own unique aesthetic and lore within the Orizonia universe. All genders and styles are welcome – we’re focused on the character’s presence and visual impact.​What You’ll Do:

Design & wear a unique Etheran costume for the shoot

Take part in a filmed scene, with direction from our cinematography team (location and date will be coordinated together)

Collaborate creatively with makeup artists, stylists, and other cast members

Get featured in the final trailer (you’ll be credited and celebrated!)

Receive footage and photos for your own portfolio or social channels​
This is a volunteer-based project, like the rest of the team – we’re all in it for the experience and joy of creation. That said, if financing the costume is a barrier, feel free to talk to me about possible support or cost sharing. We want to make this accessible.
